I used to think Atlanta was the worst place in the world to drive. I can think of several that are as bad or worse now. Houston, New Orleans, Richmond and Dallas are as bad. DC, Baltimore, New York City, and Toronto are worse. Never had a problem in Raleigh or Memphis.
